Claudio Sepulveda is a longtime agro-political activist in Chile that has worked in every region of the country, both in agriculture and by leading workshops for small organic producers. Anarko is a project that he started in order to support small producers that have historically been taken advantage of by large wine corporations, which pay so little for the grapes that farmers have been tearing their vines up and planting other monocrops that they can get a little more money for. Claudio is purchasing their grapes at a price that actually supports the farmers and is making wines from the heirloom varieties - largely País and Moscatel de Alejandría - that have been neglected in recent history.
 
The País & Cinsault is a bright light red made mostly from País with a small amount of Cinsault, whose production has increased recently with the temperatures warming in the region. A beautiful reflection of the terroir, with bright cherry notes and medium-light tannins.
