This wine is 100% Rkatsiteli ( Ra - Kot - Si- Telly ). Most all Georgian wines go thru a serious time of skin contact and to be honest this one is actually on the lower side of skin contact - only 21 days. Rkatsiteli is a large grape that tends to be picked a little later to mitigate the high acidity found in the grape.
"Gabriels Wine" is a reference to a saying of Gabriel, meaning "My Wine". It's so delicious I don't blame him and would want to be just as selfish too! The wine has texture and dryness- it's delicious and true to the nature of what orange wines are.
